5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, images, design) is owned by Center for Conscious Alchemy or used with permission. No content may be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We handle data through JotForm and Charm EHR under HIPAA standards when applicable.

7. Insurance & Billing

We do not accept payments directly through this website. Currently, services are paid in person or via the Charm platform. Coverage under health insurance is handled directly between clients and their providers—please contact us to discuss eligibility.

8. Event Ticketing via Humanitix

We use Humanitix to sell event tickets. Ticket purchases are subject to Humanitix’s terms—such as their Attendee or Host Terms of Use—and not our direct control. Any fees, refunds, or payment processing are handled per their policies; we do not facilitate online payments ourselves.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are educational and supportive in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes shall be handled in appropriate Minnesotan jurisdiction.
