We believe in transparency, accessibility, and equity in mental health care. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about session rates, insurance coverage, and ways we can support your access to care.
Insurance Coverage
In-network
We are in-network for many plans from the following insurance providers:
Coverage depends on your specific insurance plan. Please check with your insurance to confirm which services are in-network and covered before scheduling an appointment. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid.
Out-of-network
Many insurance plans will reimburse a percentage of the cost for out-of-network services such as therapy (sometimes up to 80%). Please check with your insurance provider to confirm the details of your coverage, as well as any required paperwork or processes for submitting out-of-network claims. We are able to provide a superbill upon request.
No Insurance?
If you don’t currently have insurance, please contact our administrative team at info@consciousalchemy.co to discuss other options for payment.

KAP medicine sessions are always in-person. Insurance providers do not cover the cost of KAP medication sessions. However, diagnostic assessments, preparation sessions, and integration sessions are typically covered.
*Unable to be billed through insurance, must be self pay
All appointments may be able to bill through insurance except the medicine portion of your KAP session.
Payment Policies
Insurance Billing
We accept a variety of insurance providers, and services may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your plan. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage details before scheduling an appointment. Our team will also help verify coverage during the registration process.

MN No Surprises Act
For uninsured and self-pay clients, you have a right - under the law - to a Good Faith Estimate.
You have the right to a written estimate of your medical bill (called a Good Faith Estimate) when:
- Your appointment is scheduled 3 or more days in advance and
- You will not be using insurance to pay for the visit or you do not have insurance.
You may also request an estimate if one is not automatically provided.
The Good Faith Estimate will include the expected charges of the item or service, such as: the cost of the non-emergent clinic visit, plus any tests, procedures, and supplies.
Make sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate.
Our admin team can answer questions about your Good Faith Estimate and explain the possible costs of your care.
If you receive a bill from us that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. This must be done within 120 calendar days of receiving the bill.

Self-Pay Payments
For clients without insurance or for services not covered by insurance, we offer self-pay payment options. Payment is due at the time of service. We acknowledge the importance of equity and reparations in mental health care and are committed to making our services accessible. Please contact our administrative team at info@consciousalchemy.co if you’d like to discuss flexible payment plans or have other billing questions.
Cancellation and No-Show Appointment Policy
Center for Conscious Alchemy asks that your request to cancel or reschedule an appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. Clients can call or text the Center for Conscious Alchemy phone number, message in your Charm account, or contact your provider directly. Center for Conscious Alchemy has a fee for late cancellations and no-shows.

Please note: if a client has 3 Late-Cancellation/No-Shows in a 12-month period, Center for Conscious Alchemy may cancel all future appointments and cease to provide any future services.
We understand that life happens and we are all human! If something comes up, we ask that you please notify your provider as soon as possible, even if it is within 24 hours of your appointment time. Communication goes a long way and our providers are more than happy to make accommodations and practice flexibility to meet you where you are.
