A journey in connection
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in group and community settings invites a sacred return to collective healing—where transformation unfolds not only within the individual, but also in the shared presence of others. Rooted in the wisdom that we are inherently relational beings, group KAP offers a container where each participant’s journey is witnessed, honored, and held with compassion. In this space, ketamine can open pathways to deeper connection with self, spirit, and the collective field, allowing old patterns of isolation, shame, or fragmentation to gently dissolve. The community becomes a mirror and a medicine, reflecting our shared humanity and reminding us that healing is not a solitary act, but a deeply communal one. Through shared intention, ritual, and integration, group KAP nurtures belonging, deepens empathy, and reawakens our innate capacity to heal in relationship—with ourselves, with each other, and with the sacred.

What to expect
A Collaborative, Soulful Path to Healing
Group members can expect a supportive, structured, and sacred space where healing unfolds in connection with others. Each KAP group includes preparation, medicine, and integration sessions, all held in a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded container. Participants are invited to set personal intentions, engage in guided inner journeys with ketamine in a safe and comfortable setting, and share reflections in community. While each person’s experience is unique, the group process fosters deep listening, mutual respect, and a sense of shared humanity. The presence of others bearing witness without judgment, can amplify insight, reduce feelings of isolation, and nurture a deeper connection to self, spirit, and the collective. Integration sessions help ground the experience, weaving insights into daily life and strengthening each member’s inner healing process. Above all, group members can expect to be met with compassion, presence, and reverence for the unfolding of their individual and shared journeys.

Our Group Process
Intake: The Foundation
Every journey begins with a comprehensive medical and therapeutic intake. We get to know your story, your goals, and ensure this work is the right fit. You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, and we’ll ensure you're stepping into a group where safety and readiness are prioritized.
Preparation: Entering the Sacred
You'll be guided through practices to prepare body, mind, and spirit for the journey ahead—both individually and collectively. We explore intention setting, breathwork, meditative practices, and what it means to hold space for yourself and others.
Treatment: The Journey
Each group session is facilitated by experienced, trauma-informed practitioners. The medicine session typically lasts 2–3 hours within a 5-hour retreat day that includes supportive practices like:
- Art-making
- Journaling
- Grounding movement
- Reflective sharing
Sessions unfold in an environment of deep care: soft lighting, natural elements, calming music, and mindful ritual create a sacred container where your process is honored and held.
Integration: Making Meaning
Healing doesn’t end with the medicine. In integration sessions, you'll reflect, share, and ground the insights that arise. Group members support one another not with advice, but with presence. Through circles, somatic practices, and creative expression, we invite the experience to take root in your life.

The Sacred Nature of This Work
Participants gather not just as clients, but as fellow travelers on a shared path. In this setting, love is the foundation—not performative, but practiced. There is no pressure to fix or analyze; only space to be, to feel, and to remember.
Ketamine is introduced with reverence. It is not the answer, but a doorway—softening the ego, opening the heart, and inviting contact with what’s often hidden. Experiences may range from emotional catharsis to spiritual insight, from meeting the inner child to touching the infinite. All are welcome.
A Spiritually-Informed Lens
While non-dogmatic, we honor the spiritual dimension of healing. Whether that’s connection to nature, ancestors, inner divinity, or something ineffable, this orientation invites you to make meaning in ways that feel true for you.
Our practices may include:
- Guided meditation
- Rituals of release and renewal
- Silent reflection
- Shared gratitude circles
We see this journey as a return to the Self—often described as love, light, or inner truth.

Co-Healing in Community
This is not passive therapy. It’s a living, breathing process of co-healing. Everyone brings something to the circle—wisdom, presence, pain, medicine. Through authentic sharing and deep listening, the group becomes a container where transformation happens—not through isolation, but through connection.
