He/Him
Samuel believes that good nutrition care starts with listening. His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in science, with an emphasis on understanding the whole person rather than focusing on symptoms or numbers alone. He recognizes that nutrition doesn't exist in isolation—sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and daily routines all influence how we feel and function. Together, you'll explore these connections and develop practical strategies that support your goals without unnecessary restrictions or judgment.
Taking care of your health can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're dealing with digestive issues, changes in your weight or blood sugar, persistent fatigue, or uncertainty about what to eat. With so much conflicting information, it's easy to feel frustrated or unsure where to begin. Samuel helps individuals make sense of their health, understand what their bodies need, and find realistic ways to feel and function better.
As a licensed nutritionist with a master's degree in clinical nutrition and a background in chiropractic and rehabilitation, Samuel provides comprehensive nutrition assessments that consider anthropometric measurements, biochemical data and laboratory findings, medical history and clinical symptoms, dietary intake, and lifestyle factors. Using this information, he develops individualized, evidence-based recommendations tailored to each patient's health needs, goals, and preferences.
Samuel's interest in healthcare grew from his own experiences navigating sports-related injuries and persistent health concerns, which shaped his appreciation for individualized, whole-person care.
His areas of focus include metabolic health, prediabetes and Type 2 diabetes, nutrition support for individuals using GLP-1/weight loss medications, digestive concerns including IBS, weight management, exercise and sports nutrition, and general health and wellness. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, working toward better performance, or simply hoping to feel better in your everyday life, Samuel's goal is for you to leave feeling heard, better informed, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
