Rachael is deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care that encourages mental and emotional well-being in all aspects of life. She brings over seven years of bedside hospital experience to her role as a clinician, where she discovered that the most meaningful aspect of nursing for her is the emotional connection she builds with patients.
Rachael has a particular passion for supporting individuals with OCD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. She believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers patients to take an active role in their healing journey.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Rachael stays informed on the latest advancements in psychiatric care and explores evidence-based holistic strategies to enhance treatment. She views optimal wellness as a balance of body, mind, and spirit through the utilization of lifestyle modification strategies. She incorporates mindfulness practices into both her professional and personal life, recognizing their value in promoting mental well-being.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys gardening, crafting, Pilates, concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.
