Psychotherapist

MA, LPCC

she/her

Kelly is passionate about helping others step into their strength, heal from their past, and move toward their truest selves by exploring connection in mind, body, and spirit. She deeply believes that we each have an innate ability to heal and restore within ourselves. Using a trauma-informed lens, Kelly often explores how past experiences shape our present lives and how the physiology of trauma can keep us feeling stuck.

Kelly brings an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on her background in psychedelic-assisted therapy, EMDR, equine-assisted therapy, and nature-based interventions.

She works with adults and specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, identity confusion, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. Whether you are new to therapy or have been on this journey for years, Kelly looks forward to meeting you where you are.

Kelly is often accompanied by her two dogs, Hank (a corgi) and Winnie (a golden retriever).
