“There is a transcendental dimension beyond language... It's just hard as hell to talk about!”― Terence McKenna

Jessica supports individuals in exploring both internal and relational conflict through a holistic, client-centered approach. Her work is grounded in humanistic, attachment-based, and relational frameworks, with an emphasis on helping clients deepen self-awareness, reconnect with their values, and cultivate meaningful change. She integrates somatic and trauma-informed perspectives to support healing that honors both mind and body.

Jessica is currently earning her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and practices under the supervision of Amy Wheelecor. She is trained in trauma-informed modalities, including Brainspotting, and has experience with play therapy through a Gestalt Play Therapy model. Jessica has also received training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and incorporates yoga-informed, trauma-sensitive principles into her work.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative and Alternative Therapies for Substance Use Disorder Treatment from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts degree from Minneapolis Community and Technical College, where she developed a strong foundation in Native American Indian Studies.

As an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+, disability- and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, Jessica is committed to fostering both individual and collective healing through an inclusive, justice-oriented lens. She values authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration, and works alongside clients to nurture self-compassion, creativity, and meaningful connection. Jessica strives to create a supportive and respectful therapeutic space where clients feel seen, honored, and empowered in their lived experience.
