“There is a transcendental dimension beyond language... It's just hard as hell to talk about!”― Terence McKenna

Jessica has been working with individuals making changes to their substance use since 2013 as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She utilizes a strengths based, neuroscience, client-centered, trauma informed practice to assist individuals in creating emotional equanimity and lasting changes.

Jessica has foundations in Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga training through (TCTSY), a yoga-based, empirically validated clinical intervention for complex trauma at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment and is working towards a trauma sensitive yoga certification. She utilizes holistic practices integrating aspects of the self-awareness, sensations, emotions, beliefs, and actions with body based and mindful presence to create genuine and sustainable embodied change.
