With a background in both geriatric and early childhood care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people at vastly different stages of life. Whether caring for young children or older adults, I found deep fulfillment in being present, talking through life’s ups and downs, and offering steady encouragement through whatever challenges life brings. These experiences laid a strong foundation for my work as a therapist, where I hold a deep appreciation for the wisdom and beauty present in every phase of life. I believe in the meaningful connections that can form across generations, and I carry that perspective into the therapy room. My approach is grounded in the power of genuine human connection. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and safe space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I am passionate about helping individuals grow, heal, and reconnect with their most authentic selves, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each person’s unique path. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, and being with my family and close friends. I’m also in the process of adopting and training a therapy dog to join my practice in the near future.
