Hannah provides affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy for clients seeking greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and healing. She has had the privilege of supporting individuals across many stages of life, from adolescence through adulthood, and brings this experience into her work. Hannah aims to create a therapeutic space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. Her approach is grounded in person-centered and compassion-focused care. She has experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and disabled clients. Hannah works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, executive functioning challenges, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Her work is integrative and individualized, drawing from evidence-informed and experiential approaches such as mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, and creative expression. She also has experience with nature-based and equine-assisted psychotherapy.Hannah believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to the individual. She works alongside clients to develop approaches that feel supportive, meaningful, and aligned with their values, while honoring each person’s strengths.Outside of her work, Hannah enjoys spending time in nature (especially with her dog, Pinto), traveling, and connecting with family and friends.
