I provide affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy for clients seeking greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and healing. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals across many stages of life, from adolescence through adulthood and bring this experience into my work. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach is grounded in person-centered, and compassion-focused care. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and disabled clients. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, executive functioning challenges, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My work is integrative and individualized, drawing from evidence-informed and experiential approaches such as mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, and creative expression. I also have experience with nature-based and equine-assisted psychotherapy. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to the individual. I work alongside clients to develop approaches that feel supportive, meaningful, and aligned with their values and goals while honoring each person’s strengths and capacity for growth. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature (especially with my dog, Pinto!), traveling, and connecting with family and close friends.
