“Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart…live in the question.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

Greg grounds his work in relationship, offering a steady presence as clients explore their inner worlds. He welcomes the complexity that often arises in therapy—serving as a container and guide for the messier parts of the healing process.

Greg enjoys working with clients who have intersecting identities, and he strives to be anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-ableist in his approach. He specializes in treating religious trauma and spiritual abuse, and works well with those navigating deconstruction, existential questions, and spiritual issues. He also frequently supports people dealing with chronic pain or illness, relationship challenges, family-of-origin issues, phobias, identity exploration and self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.

Greg is committed to offering thoughtful, evidence-based care—recognizing that these painful experiences deserve the utmost attention and compassion. Many of his clients find relief from symptoms related to both single-episode trauma and complex developmental trauma.

Greg uses a variety of therapy methods: Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration, humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s University.
