She/her

Ella strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and motivated to work toward their goals. Drawing on person-centered, humanistic, acceptance-based, and cognitive behavioral approaches, she collaborates with each client to make therapy a space that is both fun and focused. Her understanding of how people adapt and adjust allows her to explore both past and present experiences to help clients move forward.

Ella provides compassionate, personalized care to individuals (16+). She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as those navigating adoption-related concerns or experiences, major life transitions, and general concerns that don’t fit neatly into a single category.

Ella earned her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, she enjoys watching and talking about movies, reading, playing tennis, and running.
