she/her
Dina is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, caring for individuals aged 16 and above. She is dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness, with attention to lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Dina has a special interest in women’s mental health, including peripartum, postpartum, and menopausal stages, while providing care to all patients. With over 20 years in obstetrics, including 14 years as a labor and delivery nurse, she brings both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the emotional and physical transitions people and families experience.
When she's not working, you can usually find her outside, in the garden, on a motorcycle, lost in very loud music, or off on some adventure—often fishing and usually laughing.
