“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
— Viktor Frankl
You’ve done what you were supposed to—put in the work, kept it together, showed up for others. But something still isn’t clicking. Maybe your relationships feel distant, old patterns feel like an anchor holding you back, or you’re stuck in questions you can’t think your way out of. Ben works with adults facing depression and anxiety, who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure of what’s next.
Many of Ben’s clients are men navigating relationship challenges, career transitions, grief, or questions of meaning and identity. His approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on what’s actually happening in your life—not just labels or surface-level solutions. Together, you’ll work toward clarity and change by making space for what’s been hard to face or name.
Ben draws from Gestalt therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and attachment-based work. His sessions are relational and experiential, helping you engage directly with what’s present in the moment. He offers both in-person therapy and telehealth for clients across Minnesota.
