Weekly Group Wednesdays at 5:30pm - 6:45
Starting February 4th for 10 weeks
Center for Conscious Alchemy In person

This group is open to anyone who's interested in:

  • Expanding their knowledge and practice of mindfulness and meditation
  • Exploring their own ideas about self-compassion and compassion for others
  • Connecting with others through shared experiences of mindfulness/meditation and group discussion
  • Is willing to share with others and hear about others' experiences in meditation
  • Able to attend weekly group meetings
