Join us as we step into the winter season with a traditional Gong Fu tea ceremony and sound bath.  The evening is an opportunity to release the external world and immerse yourself in a space of stillness, deep relaxation, and receptivity.

Tea and Gong Ceremony

Anne Murphy and Christin Ament will be guiding you in the practice of gong-fu cha or "making tea with skill".  The Side Handle Tea Ceremony is a beautiful and simple way to prepare and enjoy tea, rooted in centuries-old Chinese tradition. It’s not just about drinking tea—it’s about slowing down, appreciating each step, and sharing a peaceful experience with others.

In the tradition of both practices, we will be in silence for most of our time together. This intentional quiet space invites the medicine of the tea and the vibrational sounds penetrate deep into our body, mind and spirit.
