Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Retreat - Grounded in Belonging
A Summer Solstice Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group Retreat

Why We’re Gathering
The summer solstice invites us into a sacred season of light, reflection, and renewal. It offers a natural threshold: a moment to pause, take stock of what has been carried, and open to what is ready to soften, shift, or emerge.
This KAP group retreat is a dedicated space for deep healing, restoration, and reconnection in nature. Together, we will gather in community to slow down, listen, and tend to the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of our lives. Rooted in compassion, trust, and collective care, this experience offers support for those seeking meaningful and sacred change in a facilitated group setting in nature.
This retreat is for people who feel called to gather in a supportive, intentional space for healing, reflection, and renewal.
This is a confidential, professionally held space grounded in mutual care, shared presence, and the understanding that healing happens in relationships.

The Details
We will gather at Shire in the Woods, a beautiful retreat center in McGrath, Minnesota, located about 1 hour and 30 minute drive from the Twin Cities. Surrounded by nature, the space offers a quiet and restorative setting to slow down, reconnect, and be held in community.
Meals will be provided throughout the retreat, including Friday dinner, Saturday light breakfast, snacks and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions shared during registration.
Each participant will have their own bed, with shared bathrooms available depending on cabin placement. Lodging assignments will be made with care, and we will do our best to place friends or known community members together when requested.
We encourage participants to arrive with openness, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to unplug from the pace of everyday life. Additional information about what to bring, transportation, and retreat preparation will be shared after registration.
Registration
Group size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure safety, depth, and individualized support.
Registration deadline: June 14, 2026
